Refund and Returns Policy

At Skin Whisp, we want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within the return period listed below.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags, labels, seals, and accessories included
  • In the same condition as received

Items that have been used, opened, worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Return requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on eligible items.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is not available, we may issue a refund instead.

Return Label

A return label is included in the package free of charge.

Return Shipping Cost

Return label cost is free when the return follows our return instructions.

Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong item, damaged item, or defective item.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 10 days after the returned item is received and approved.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take extra time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
