Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders shipped within the United Kingdom.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Our normal handling time is 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after the daily order cutoff time may begin processing on the next business day.
Order Cutoff Time
Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), London.
Orders placed before the cutoff time may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time may begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days.
The total estimated delivery time is usually 6 to 10 business days, including handling and transit time.
Delivery times may vary during public holidays, busy periods, weather issues, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Fulfilment and Delivery Days
Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday.
Carriers may deliver Monday to Saturday, depending on the delivery address and courier service.
Delivery Address
Orders are delivered to the customer’s address provided at checkout.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the courier receives the parcel.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Skin Whisp is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can review the issue and help where possible.
For damaged parcels, please keep the item, packaging, and photos of the damage, as these may be needed to review the issue.
