Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply choose the product you want, add it to your basket, and complete checkout using your preferred payment method.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@skinwhisp.co.uk. We will do our best to help, but orders cannot usually be changed or cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. In most cases, your order should arrive within 6–10 business days.
What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM UK time are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email where available.
My parcel has not arrived. What should I do?
Please check your tracking information first. If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us at support@skinwhisp.co.uk with your order number and we will help you.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards and other available payment methods shown at checkout.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery may be available if shown at checkout. If it is not shown during checkout, it is not currently available for your order.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
What currency do you use?
All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return conditions.
What items can be returned?
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For hygiene reasons, some used personal care or beauty products may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or defective.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@skinwhisp.co.uk. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or faulty item and packaging.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a free return label where applicable.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are usually processed within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Do I still have my UK cancellation rights?
Yes. Your statutory rights are not affected. For most online purchases, UK customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, unless an exemption applies.

You may be able to checkout as a guest, depending on the checkout options available. Creating an account can make it easier to view your orders and details.
